Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bar Prep by SHEP. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. Full Refund Within 14 Days

You may request a full refund of your purchase price within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date, for any reason. No questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

2. After the 14-Day Period

After fourteen (14) calendar days from your purchase date, all fees are non-refundable. However, Company may, in its sole discretion, offer an extension or credit if the applicable bar examination authority postpones or cancels the examination after your purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@shepbarprep.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within two (2) business days.
