Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bar Prep by SHEP. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If the product is not right for you, this policy explains how refunds work.

1. Full Refund Within 4 Days

You may request a full refund of your purchase price within four (4) calendar days of your original purchase date, provided that, at the time of your request, your account has had fewer than two (2) essay submissions graded and fewer than ten (10) rule drills completed since your purchase. Activity from a free trial or guest session before your purchase does not count against these thresholds. The guarantee exists so you can confirm the product works for you before committing; once your account reflects substantial use of your purchase, the purchase is final.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

For purchases made on or before July 14, 2026, the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.

2. Outside the Guarantee

After four (4) calendar days from your purchase date, or once your account meets or exceeds the usage thresholds above, all fees are non-refundable. However, Company may, in its sole discretion, offer an extension or credit if the applicable bar examination authority postpones or cancels the examination after your purchase date.

Company may also, in its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit outside this policy as a courtesy. Any such accommodation is voluntary, does not waive this policy, and does not entitle any customer to the same or a similar accommodation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@shepbarprep.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within two (2) business days.
